The Earth Systems Studio at Wesleyan University is a space for the integration of scientific inquiry and creative expression. The studio houses facilities for rock and sediment processing, microfossil imaging, and multimedia collaboration. Graduate and undergraduate projects intertwine innovative research methodologies and impactful community engagement. Coordinators work with the PI to manage, support, and oversee studio resources, facilities, and climate. As a team, our goal is to publish cutting-edge research articles and to model radical earth-learning at Wesleyan and beyond.
